Right now, after record low arctic ice this fall, female polar bears with young cubs are frantically looking for food after climate change caused record low ice in the fall when they needed to be hunting.

But this winter, momentum is on our side to tackle climate change, because President Obama is considering limits to pollution from coal fired power plants—our nation's largest source of carbon pollution.
